About Kate
Kate is the owner of Last Call Copy, where she helps busy hospitality pros get more website visitors and increased sales in a super competitive market. Kate spent around 8 years in the restaurant industry. Eventually, she found herself working as an executive assistant to a local restaurateur, where she spent nearly five years on marketing, promotions, building community, and one heck of a construction project.
By early 2019, she was ready for the next challenge. She began Eat, Drink, and Write Copy (now Last Call Copy), a place where she could combine a love for the people in hospitality and her love for writing. This new project was like a delicious recipe, blending all her favorite ingredients! It allowed her to use her writing skills to tell stories about restaurants and other food businesses. It was also a chance to meet new people and learn even more about the exciting world of food and drinks. Kate was cooking up something special, and she couldn’t wait to see what would happen next!
